The owners of River Cafe on Prince's Island Park have now opened a lovely stand alone restaurant Boxwood in Central Memorial Park at 340 13th Avenue SW. Huge skylights and wood interior make this cozy space truly unique. Serving local, seasonal and sustainable food this new culinary establishment has only been open since mid-September but is already buzzing with business. Be prepared to spark up conversation while waiting for a much anticipated seat, they don't take reservations - it is worth the wait!
